Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Confer with customers via phone or email to provide product information, take orders, and address concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints by exchanging products, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits, or arrange for billing.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in customer service-related field.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
