- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits, or arrange for billing.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in customer service-related field.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
