About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Vendor Management Senior Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our IT vendors and relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating governance discussions for IT managed services and IT strategic vendors
- Create and maintain IT vendor profiles for IT strategic and preferred vendors
- Support the tracking, reporting, and analysis of IT vendor performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Business Satisfaction Surveys
- Resolve inquiries from IT stakeholders related to IT contracts in place
- Assist in managing the contract change management process
- Execute the validation of IT vendor consumption data, including resource unit validation, verifying calculations, and ensuring volume pricing adjustments are applied
- Provide input into consumption trend analysis to ensure the best use of finite resources to support our business
- Work across the IT vendor resource management team to consistently deliver processes across services areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (Master's degree desired)
- 4-5 years of experience in IT vendor management, IT governance, or procurement areas with interest or knowledge in IT environments
- Experience in financial management (preferable)
- Experience in IT environments (most preferable)
- Experience in contract management
- Experience in supporting or driving projects
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English, both verbally and written
- Negotiation and influence skills
- Medium to high-level understanding of commercial contracts and IT contracts
- Experienced in handling multiple responsibilities in parallel
