About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Talent Acquisition function, you will be a key expert in identifying and attracting top talent for Kerry's global operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse and high-quality pipeline of candidates. This role will also involve managing a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs, including volume and salaried hiring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and insights on recruitment activity
• Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective recruitment marketing and talent sourcing
• Utilize advanced ATS skills to manage the recruitment process, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Supervise and coach a team of recruitment professionals, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality recruitment results
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Power BI, and advanced ATS skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Language and Communication
• High level of English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and situations
Experience
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in recruitment marketing and talent sourcing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
