About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Teletrac Navman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to tailor our solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a strong desire to exceed expectations, think creatively, and use problem-solving skills to encourage customers to explore our products.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and improve our sales processes.
  • Business Communicator: Possess the business acumen to position our solutions as a strategic advantage for our customers, and clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute prospect-specific engagement plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align on sales strategies and tactics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, and continuously strive to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Experience with sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce, 6Sense, and SalesLoft.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
