- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (necessary professional license).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in English.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor regulations, and ISO standards.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in employee assistance programs.
