- Operating Models: Familiarity with SP & GSI operating models is a plus.
- Sales, Marketing, and Solution Development: Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development principles.
- Communication and Leadership: Strong initiative, creative thinking, and excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
- Complex Sales Situations: Consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
