As an ELECTRIFICATION Pre-Sales Support specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
Your role and responsibilities include working cross-functionally with global teams, showcasing your expertise by preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology, and interacting with Technology (R&D), Supply Chain (factory) and Product Management to provide commercial solutions for customers.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or other Engineering or relevant equivalent experience, and minimum of 5 years with ABB and GE products. They will also have in-depth knowledge of ABB and GE and competitor residential, distribution, and control products, including load centers, transformers, modular metering, industrial breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and programming MODBUS.
