Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic nearshoring environment. As the frontline ambassador for our brand and clients, you will engage with a variety of customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. You will be responsible for promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding. You will also provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Advanced level of English.
  3. Availability for a full-time position, working 100% on-site.
  4. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others.
  7. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software as needed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $12,000 MXN per month, tax-free. We also provide 100% paid training period and work benefits superior to those mandated by law. Additionally, we offer referral bonuses.
