Spare Parts Operations Expert

As a key member of the Sidel team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and conduct training sessions on processes and tools for the region.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Spare Parts Global Process Expert and Global Process Driver to identify and implement improvements in processes and tools.
  • Process Compliance and Performance: Ensure process compliance and performance within the region, including managing Spare Parts Orders (ZSP) and Control & Credit Notes.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analyses for the region, including metrics like Time to Quote (TTQ), pending offers, and hit ratio.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Strong knowledge in trade, supply chain, and industrial retail, preferably in spare parts and logistics.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently, handle pressure effectively, and manage priorities and customer requests.

What We Offer: Expertise in Excel and ERP systems, with knowledge of SAP a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
