Technical Cloud Consultant for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services

We are seeking a highly skilled technical consultant to join our team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer engagement and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management, SAP Basis, and SAP application expertise. They will also have hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end customer engagement and ensure successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA private cloud edition solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support for cloud customers
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technology and innovations

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate with minimum 4+ years of work experience as SAP technical consultant
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management, SAP Basis, and SAP application expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
