Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our Contract Manufacturing organization in the Northern Cluster. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our 3PM network, ensuring supply reliability, quality, and cost improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy strategies to optimize the 3PM network, driving performance, cost competitiveness, and reducing complexity
  • Partner with regional supply chain leadership to develop mid-long-term network and technologies' strategies
  • Own the 3PM network optimization plan design and deployment, including supplier selection, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Lead go-to-market activities, focusing on total cost of ownership, technical capabilities, and operational effectiveness
  • Develop and execute commercial relationships with 3PMs, driving strategic partnerships and supply contracts
  • Point of escalation for supply-related issues, ensuring governance and issue resolution
  • Drive adherence to global procurement policy and lead cross-functional value engineering programs
  • Partner with regional supply chain strategy to define priority segments sourcing models and resiliency plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, manufacturing, and/or planning, including 2+ years in procurement roles
  • Full proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in development and management of contractual relations with external manufacturers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial management principles
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations

Travel Requirements:

Up to 10% travel within the Northern Cluster
