Procurement Manager, Contract Manufacturing – Northern Cluster

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our Contract Manufacturing organization in the Northern Cluster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and commercial direction to optimize our 3PM network, ensuring supply reliability, quality, and cost improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy strategies to optimize the 3PM network, ensuring supply reliability, quality, and cost improvement programs.
  • Establish strong relationships with suppliers, effectively manage the category supply base, and negotiate contracts.
  • Partner with regional supply chain leadership to develop and deploy mid-long-term network and technologies' strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market activities, including RFI/RFPs, focused on total cost of ownership, technical capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute commercial relationships and strategic partnerships with 3PMs.
  • Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of supply contracts and pricing negotiation strategies.
  • Point of escalation for supply-related issues, developing governance to monitor performance and drive issue resolution.
  • Drive adherence to processes in alignment with global procurement policy.
  • Lead/support cross-functional value engineering and teardown programs to optimize product cost structure.
  • Partner with regional supply chain strategy on defining priority segments sourcing model and resiliency plans.
  • Partner with RD&E and the global/regional marketing team to develop programs for 3PM-based innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Procurement, Manufacturing, and/or Planning, including 2+ years in Procurement role(s).
  • Full proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experienced in development and management of contractual relations with external manufacturers.
  • Proficient interpersonal/communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Operate well in a highly demanding fast-paced organization and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to navigate difficult situations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimization and capabilities upgrade.
  • MS skills (Excel / Word / Power Point) and SAP knowledge.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, effectively managing outcomes and leveraging business acumen to meet organizational objectives.
  • Experience with Contract Manufacturing Procurement or Direct Material Procurement preferred.

Work Requirements:

  • Travel up to 10% within the Northern Cluster.
