AccorHotel is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize room rates and inventory allocation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- At least 3 years' experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems.
