We are currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist users by troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed to maintain service standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of experience in customer support or service desk roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Availability to work on-site in Monterrey or Saltillo.
