Job Summary

FIS is seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with design engineering and software engineering teams to identify and resolve design, reliability, and maintenance problems
  • Provide support for customer installations and training
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
