About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist at WTW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external clients, resolving reported incidents, and escalating complex issues to higher tiers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and customer portal inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Manage and resolve multiple incoming transactions efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on standard service level agreements.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various WTW technologies to deliver accurate and effective support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Embody a customer-centric approach, using problem-solving and people skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Support team.
  • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive knowledge base solutions and propose innovative ideas to elevate automation excellence and 5-star customer service.
Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as an attractive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
