Key Responsibilities
* Implement new account setup and training to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
* Analyze and control account activity to identify trends and issues
* Conduct audits and communicate outcomes to maintain accuracy in supplier balances
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Meet regularly with customers to capture insights, collaborate on solutions, and deliver on customer experience promises
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Understanding of the Automotive market and supply chain
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interact at all levels within an organization
* Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task
* Knowledge of CHEP Systems (SAP, CHEPTRAC, Siebel, Business Warehouse, Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
* Certificate in Supply Chain Management
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Fully remote work environment
