We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adoption Consultant to join our team at 6Sense. As an Adoption Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our technology solutions by our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Project Delivery: You will be responsible for quarterbacking project delivery, with engagements spanning across the customer lifecycle, including the implementation of 6Sense use cases from inception to launch.
- Customer Communication: You will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, and risks.
- Business Understanding: You will understand the customer's strategic priorities and how they track and measure initiatives to achieve ideal outcomes.
- Workflow Optimization: You will work with the customer to identify end-to-end workflow and translate them into business and technical requirements.
- Use Case Prioritization: You will identify the strategic impact of use cases on the customer's business and help prioritize them to meet business objectives, with the goal of generating positive ROI.
- Issue Resolution: You will partner with internal 6Sense teams to proactively resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery across programs.
- Adoption Support: You will assist in driving product adoption post-onboarding.
- Knowledge Sharing: You will act as a knowledge partner and 6Sense expert to strategically guide customers through best practices.
- Best Practice Development: You will contribute to the development of 6Sense best practices, including internal and external training materials and other collaterals.
- Sales Support: You will work closely with the sales team to ensure implementation expectations are set accurately.

- Enterprise Experience: Experience managing or working with enterprise customers.

- Startup Environment: Ability and desire to work in a high-energy and rapidly evolving B2B software startup environment.
- Proactive Self-Starter: Proactive self-starter who can comfortably and respectfully speak their mind, manage shifting priorities, empathize with customers, and do the right thing.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years' experience in the MarTech or sales-tech industry.
- Enterprise Software Experience: 3+ years in an enterprise software customer-facing role.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Familiarity with the marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, B2B digital media.
- Marketing Automation Experience: Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams.
- Project Leadership: Have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done.
