About the Role:

This is a key leadership position within the oil and gas industry, responsible for driving the implementation of service strategy and ensuring consistent execution across the service organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute service strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of service plans.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of service processes and practices to improve efficiency and quality.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business excellence.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  7. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the service organization remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
