Job Summary:

The Operations Support Specialist 3 is an entry-level position responsible for providing day-to-day operations support services to the Operations - Core Team at Citi. This role serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document processes in an accurate and detailed manner and follow established procedures to complete complex assignments.
  • Identify process gaps requiring escalation, offering potential solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with inventory management and workflow needs as dictated through risk priority and service level.
  • Support a range of products and services, ensuring accurate and timely account handling.
  • Analyze problems and formulate solutions through research and investigation.
  • Navigate, test, and execute moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in operations support or a related field.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with others to complete assigned tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain client data in the system, including rfc, name, domicile, and account information.
  • Review physical and electronic documentation.
  • Validate client documents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Desirable experience in document analysis.
