**Job Summary**

The Global Talent Operations Strategist will provide administrative support to the Global TA team in areas such as systems, processes, tools, and branding, internal compliance, engagement surveys, etc. This role will collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and external vendors as needed.

This individual will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and be responsible for administration, optimization, planning, and standardization of all processes, tools, policies, compliance, engagement surveys, in support of Global Recruitment efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring delivery of service level agreements, key performance indicators, and following up on escalations.
  • Work with the Procurement team to ensure standardized and competitive contractual agreements for vendor services.
  • Maintaining publications of policies, procedures, knowledge base articles, processes, tools, etc. that support Global TA Operations.
  • Administrative support for internal team meetings and QBR by pulling and compiling data for presentation decks and metrics.
  • Administration of TA related ticketing system, pre-employment adjudication, new hire kits, referral bonus, audits, etc.

**Requirements**

  • Experience supporting large corporate or global TA teams.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an RPO model strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of vendor agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of project lifecycles, tools, and frameworks.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish or French (speaking and writing preferred).
  • HRIS ticketing support.

**Salary Estimate**

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
