Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of complex, highly visible clients and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, and develop and implement plans to achieve these goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and improve client satisfaction.
- Thought Leadership: Present at conferences and events as a thought leader and subject matter expert, and develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or other business-related field.
- Experience: 5 years of financial analysis and modeling experience, with a strong background in business development and client management.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related risk, tax, and operational fields, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language: English spoken and written proficiency at a mid-advanced level.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau, Clickview, Spotfire, and Power BI.
- Master's degree: A master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant work experience, including direct sales, business consulting, and database management experience.
- Sales experience: 2 years of sales experience or a minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in financial services.
- Decision-making: Full autonomy with aligned clients, with a focus on delivering savings to clients and measuring performance through client NPS surveys.
- Complexity and independent judgment: Ability to handle complex client relationships and make independent judgments to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Innovation and problem-solving: Strong innovation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-impact value-added technical and analytical support to clients.
