Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
