Senior Fraud Prevention Specialist

Job Overview: In this senior-level position, you will contribute to the development of fraud management policies, processes, and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Operations Services team. Your primary objective will be to manage fraud losses by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balance methodology.
Key Responsibilities:- Solve complex fraud prevention and loss control issues with significant cross-departmental and departmental impact
- Recommend and implement new work procedures and address and resolve exceptional/unusual issues
- Partner with the operation team(s) and other departments within fraud prevention and loss control
- Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes for the area or function
- Serve as an expert in fraud prevention and loss control, overseeing a segment of the workforce
Requirements:
Experience:You should have 5-8 years of experience in a related role, preferably at an intermediate to senior level. Demonstrated experience in application and development of advanced statistical models is essential. You should also have proven experience in the investigation and fraud claims process, trend analysis, and alerts in early fraud detection.
Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Access is a must. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Citibank (Switzerland) Ag offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
