Responsibilities
- Billing Inquiry Resolution: Conduct thorough investigations to resolve billing-related inquiries and discrepancies, identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Customer Communication: Develop effective communication strategies to explain discrepancies, provide solutions, and build trust with customers.
- Dispute Submission: Prepare and submit disputes to carrier partners for resolution, maintaining regular follow-up with customers until resolution is achieved.
- Credit Request Submission: Submit credit requests for customers and sales staff as necessary.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Marketing, Management, or other business-related fields preferred. 0+ years of billing, collections, logistics, or related experience is also desirable.
