The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the skills and qualifications required for the role.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Cash Resolution Expert to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, logistics, or administrative fields and at least 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing deductions Logistics (e.g. Shortages & Vendor Compliance) Communicate to Logistic /Commercial CDT ́s, Customer Alliance any missing support for deduction open items and clear credit notes vs proporter deduction. Also analyzing and solving customer payment, Collection, Credit Management and Deduction management exceptions.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Development Teams, Customer Service, and Finance.
