Service Desk Team Lead Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Cognizant. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of IT support specialists to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
