Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance program for site facilities.
- Manage installations and maintenance operations, including coordination of cafeteria services.
- Budget Management: Create purchase orders in SAP and track the PO process along with invoice approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Administrative Role: Assist in TREC/CCA Projects.
- Direct contact with suppliers (Service Contracts and cafeteria providers).
- Support cafeteria operations, including coffee breaks.
- Assist in Architectural Design projects for TREC/CCA.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in the final stages of higher education (semester or quarter), graduation expected Summer 2025 or later.
- Intermediate conversational English proficiency.
- Valid student insurance.
- Proficient in Office applications.
Preferred Fields of Study: Civil Engineering / Architecture / Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
