Sales Solutions Coordinator

As a Sales Solutions Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our assigned territory customers. This position involves handling first-call responses, opportunity forecasting, and pipeline management for customers within your designated territory.
Responsibilities- First Call Response: Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and quoting for simple solutions, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
- Opportunity Forecasting: Accurately forecast opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure within identified forecast periods.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor and analyze sales activity, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to forecast consolidations.
- Customer Support: Provide product information, assist customers in making informed decisions, and adhere to customer program requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Utilize entry-level knowledge of products, pricing, and sales strategies to deliver excellent customer service.
- Work Experience: 1 year of experience in a configuration, sales, or related role with extensive customer service interface in a technical or product support environment.
- Education: Associate Degree in business, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education, training, and directly related job experience.
