National Sales Manager Position
At Michael Page, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the industrial metal mechanic industry.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets, establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, and monitoring performance metrics to suggest improvements. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Sales Manager, experience managing a high-performance sales team, and an ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Experience in the metal mechanic industry is also required. A solid customer service attitude, excellent negotiation skills, strong communication and team management skills, analytic skills, and a problem-solving attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
