Latin America Sales Director Opportunity

This is a senior sales leadership role with FLSmidth, focusing on the development and management of our client relationships across Mexico and Central America. The successful candidate will lead strategic business initiatives, drive sales growth, and foster a high-performing sales team within their designated area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales and business development, a proven track record of sales management, and a strong ability to influence executive leadership. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a tactical business plan aligned with the overall sales strategy, as well as managing regional sales costs and budgets.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular visits and fostering retention and growth strategies to enhance profitability. The Sales Area Director will also be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration with Regional Service Line Management to drive order intake growth and contribute to SIOP processes for parts demand forecasting.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In this role, you will work closely with the Mexican Leadership team to support the development of the Global Business Center in Monterrey and represent FLSmidth's legal entities.
