Le Spécialiste en Électricité de Haute Tension est chargé de garantir la sécurité et l'efficacité des opérations électriques sur le site de Michelin. Ses responsabilités incluent :
- La mise en œuvre du plan de prévention des risques et la vérification de la sécurité des interventions
- L'actualisation des titres d'habilitations électriques du personnel
- La gestion des plans de maintenance, notamment les visites de sous-stations et les analyses thermographiques
- L'optimisation des interventions d'assistance et la proposition de progrès pour les plans annuels du site
- La surveillance de la consommation électrique et l'adaptation du matériel en cas d'évolution du besoin énergétique
- La validation et l'approvisionnement des listes de PDR
- L'amélioration des compétences mainteneurs par le biais de tutorat, de coaching et de supports de formation
Le Spécialiste en Électricité de Haute Tension doit posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Une solide connaissance de l'électricité de haute tension
- Des compétences en maintenance et en réparation
- Une bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
- Une excellente communication et une capacité à travailler en équipe
Le Spécialiste en Électricité de Haute Tension travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de maintenance et de sécurité pour garantir la sécurité et l'efficacité des opérations électriques sur le site de Michelin. Il devra également collaborer avec les autres départements pour s'assurer que les objectifs de sécurité et d'efficacité sont atteints.
