About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Supply Chain Network to guarantee stock availability in the market and deliver service expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement stock policies to balance stock levels and meet cash targets.
  • Plan and coordinate stock transfers among all network nodes, including 3rd parties, in collaboration with production sites and Global Planning teams.
  • Manage imports planning in SAP APO and inventory management to balance stock and service targets.
  • Develop and maintain data management for planning parameters in SAP ECC / SAP APO.
  • Lead supply review as per S&OP Process in the markets.
  • Participate in segmentation process to ensure the right portfolio management.
  • Handle SKU transitions, innovation pipelines, and delisting processes.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years' experience working within the Supply Planning process (DRP, MPS, MRP, Inventory Optimization) in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
  • Experience with sophisticated planning software within Supply Planning (SAP APO system and Business Intelligence / BW).
  • Studies in supply chain, mathematical, logistics, engineering, or business degree.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Anticipation attitude and agility to make decisions.
  • Resilience and adaptative skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Proficient in MS applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
  • Digital Supply Chain expertise desirable.
  • APICS CPIM / CSCP or equivalent desirable.
  • English / Spanish proficiency.
