We're seeking a skilled Spanish speaking customer service representative to help us deliver exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial consultations with potential new clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Signing up clients and processing paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Managing client feedback and reviews, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential referral sources, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ensuring client confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business-related software.
