Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Spanish and English, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the Medical, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
