What You'll Do:
- Develop new revenue streams from corporate clients.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation to execution.
- Reach and exceed sales quotas and quarterly targets.
- Implement sales processes and strategies.
- Accurately forecast sales commitments.
- Plan and execute successful sales calls.
- Develop a deep understanding of a prospect's business challenges, decision-making processes, and purchasing habits.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Voxy's learning approach and technical application.
- Align Voxy's solution with the prospect's business needs.
- Represent Voxy at corporate events and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully manage new business opportunities.
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven sales hunter and closer.
- A strong track record of success in sales, with a passion for education and technology.
- An experienced sales professional with at least 3 years of relevant B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Sharp, confident, resourceful, results-oriented, proactive, and strong written and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working in a start-up environment.
- Experience with high-growth technology companies.
- A tireless networker.
- A power-user of CRM systems (SalesForce).
- Bilingual (English, Spanish, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Some travel required based on business needs.
- Experience in selling to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver client-centric and compelling sales pitches, use cases, and product demonstrations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment.
