Nike Sales Leader Job Overview

NIKE, Inc. is a leader in the athletic footwear and apparel industry, driven by a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Innvictus Latam. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with wholesale partners, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, with a proven track record of leveraging industry data, consumer insights, and analytics to drive business results. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to tailor their approach to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

A key aspect of this role will be to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, manage gross to net (G2N) for Innvictus banner, and analyze data to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will be able to travel as required across Monterrey and USA if needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in strategic account management
  • Proven track record of leveraging industry data, consumer insights, and analytics to drive business results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to tailor approach to meet diverse stakeholder needs
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
