Customer Service Trainer for Sustainable Home Financing

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our team at GoodLeap, a company dedicated to providing friendly financing options for those who dream of living a more sustainable lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a passion for customer service and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our Call Center Team
- Mentor new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
- Analyze trainee performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure training meets business needs
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using various methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role
- 2+ years specifically in a Customer Service and/or Collections role
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design techniques and adult learning theory
Preferred Skills
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work nights or weekends if necessary
- High level of integrity and trust
- Team-player with a selfless attitude
