**Job Overview**:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will manage customer relationships in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment.
You will provide service excellence through the processing of customer service requests, resolve escalated account issues, and provide information regarding available banking products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide service excellence through the processing of customer service requests
- Resolve escalated account issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures
- Meet and/or exceeds minimum performance standards pertaining to quality, efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
- Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
**Requirements**:
6 months-1 year of BPO customer service experience preferred (voice direct); or branch banking experience
- Education level: High School Diploma or equivalent (min.) or Customer Service vocational certification
- Good understanding of customer service, stable work history, and effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass written/verbal English proficiency exam
