Job Summary:

The Field Account Manager is a critical role within LexisNexis Risk Solutions, responsible for driving sales growth and customer retention in assigned territories or industry-specific verticals. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Retention: Proactively sell and retain LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions to existing customers, achieving and exceeding established sales revenue and performance targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative selling processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responses, to effectively communicate the value of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions.
  • Account Management: Actively monitor customer accounts for renewal, engage with customers to limit cancellations, and provide training and support as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues, facilitate document translations, and assist with account payment activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
