**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager - Operations for Underground Infrastructure to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative, legal, and financial coordination of the project, liaising with the EMB and the director of the PMO in the management of the Contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Supervise and direct the overall administrative activities of an office or department.
• Assign and review office activities, circumvent and resolve problem areas, coordinate administrative workload leveling requirements, coordinate and perform project personnel administration activities, coordinate administrative functions and interfaces with clients, vendors, and the public.
• Review and manage office invoices and budget. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Direct the work of others.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative management, general management, technical assistance management, supervision, and/or auditing management, and/or administrative coordination of projects, works, and/or companies or entities developing, operating, or managing public rail transport systems, including Metro types.
• Preferred qualifications: 15+ years of professional experience.
