Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners and senior leaders to understand their needs and develop eLearning solutions that meet those needs
- Develop learning strategies that align with the organization's core values and objectives
- Foster effective partnerships between Instructional Designers, Curriculum Developers, and Production teams
- Guide program and participant success, investing in the success of the team and mentoring team members
- Collaborate across teams to scope project requirements, including suggested milestones, timelines, resources, goals, and constraints
- Ensure timely, high-quality course development and updates to defined Education Services standards
- Provide regular status updates of the team's progress to Senior Leadership
- Set individual and team goals that align with our organizational objectives, handle team management and personnel responsibilities, and motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity, and broadcast of program results
- Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization, earning trust and building relationships throughout
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to measure performance and drive success
- Evanolize a culture of lifelong learning, stay current with trends, research, and best practices in eLearning development, and strive for continuous growth and improvement by being agile, curious, a fast learner, and passionate about taking on big challenges with the ability to manage ambiguity and deal with uncertainty
About You:
- You have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
- You have excellent people skills, including successful experience managing people or groups, and a talent for bringing out the best in others, helping them learn, grow, and succeed
- You have significant experience in instructional design and development, including experience creating eLearning content, preferably in the software industry
- You have the ability to craft communications that motivate engagement, commitment, participation, and action across functions and levels
- You are a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
- You have outstanding communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing skills
- You have experience in digital education and online course development in various learning management systems
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level
- You are able to travel up to 10%
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
