About the Role:
As a Key Client Onboarding Specialist at Citi, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client onboarding experiences. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
Job Summary:
This is a full-time position that involves managing the end-to-end account opening process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement new processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily account opening and maintenance processing, including in-process, pended, and service-related activities.
- Determine new work procedures and analyze complex issues with significant departmental impact.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate open communication.
- Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls within the team through various processes and checkpoints.
- Perform day-to-day management of account opening requirements, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service to customers.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player, but also able to work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
