Executive Account Manager

The Senior Account Executive works closely with the Account Manager to execute Internet marketing programs for our clients. This role involves assisting in client engagement activities, including planning, execution, management, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute interactive marketing strategies that enhance and exceed overall client performance expectations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's marketing strategy and extract insights from campaign data to provide well-developed proactive recommendations.
- Share responsibility for 100% client retention by maintaining mid-to-senior level relationships and working with the leadership team to proactively identify client risks or opportunities.
- Communicate progress of revenue to budget forecast to the leadership team throughout the year.
- Assist channel teams to complete client deliverables and increase account size in revenue potential.
- Anticipate client questions and provide thought-out answers/solutions.
- Articulate complex ideas/problems to clients and always think about how we can better serve our clients and grow their business.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to ensure that all client deliverables are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Design and direct brainstorms that are collaborative, inspiring, and maximize team contributions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss account status and updates.
- Provide feedback to the Digital Strategy team regarding client performance.
- Build internal processes and technology that lead to enhanced productivity.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including creative thinking and developing innovative solutions.
- Strategic and creative thinking to focus on measurable client solutions.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000-$120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
