Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team. This senior-level position is pivotal in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our current client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 9-14 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong preference on consulting experience working with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow.
  • Must possess executive presence and ability to communicate to C-Level executives demonstrating value and differentiation.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
