Business Development Manager

Wibit Consulting & Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our LATAM market expansion efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities in Latin America, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of the region's market dynamics.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate the LATAM market
- Managing and nurturing strong relationships with potential and current clients in the region
- Overseeing and leading sales and marketing teams in LATAM to achieve established goals
- Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and strategies
- Analyzing the market and competition to identify key trends and opportunities
- Preparing regular reports on business performance and presenting recommendations for improvements
- Representing the company at events, conferences, and meetings with clients and potential partners in LATAM
Requirements include:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both verbal and written
- Forex experience with an active portfolio of LATAM clients
- Ideal residence in LATAM
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
- Strong knowledge of how to expand the network fast
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a goal-driven environment
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions
- Availability to travel within Latin America as needed
