About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales and commercial teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize sales force excellence, and expand our market coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and commercial plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize sales force efficiency
- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and projections
- Identify opportunities and changes in the market, staying up-to-date with products and competition
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 8-15 years of experience in sales, commercial, and/or marketing, preferably in the optical or pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent management and leadership skills, including negotiation, coaching, and personnel management
- Advanced English language skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze information, plan, and manage time effectively
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, wellness programs, and opportunities for career growth and development.
