Marsh McLennan is seeking a talented and motivated New Graduate Employee Benefits Advisor to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of PPT presentations.
  • Comparison charts in Excel.
  • Translation of documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
  • Accompaniment in sessions with clients to understand our business.
  • Brief and slips fillings.
  • Preparation of employee communications regarding benefits.
  • Database crossovers.
Requirements
  • College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, or International Studies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookup, Concatenate), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • English language fluency.
