LATAM Employee Benefits Strategist

Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is looking for a seasoned Employee Benefits Manager to oversee our benefits initiatives across the LATAM region. This role will be pivotal in collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to shape, design, and implement employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Benefits Management: Lead the development of country-specific benefits plans that comply with statutory requirements and align with Amazon's Global Benefits Strategy.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of approved benefits programs, including vendor selection, project planning, and process documentation.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure all benefits programs adhere to Amazon's philosophy and local regulations, while monitoring costs and competitiveness.
- Expansion Program Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for new entity setups and the introduction of new benefits.
- Consultative Support: Act as a trusted advisor to local HR, payroll, and vendors to ensure the effective delivery of benefits initiatives.
Communication and Influence
- Articulate the value of benefits programs and propose enhancements to improve employee well-being.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance standards are met.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in global benefits management and governance.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale global benefits programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
