Global Employee Benefits Consultant

As a key member of the WTW Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering consulting services to the headquarters of global companies and coordinating local services related to employee insured health and risk benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Support client delivery activities and lead regular calls with clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
- Effectively manage projects using established project management trackers and technology to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide updates on local country activities and proactively identify and escalate issues with clients to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with global or regional consulting leads to provide advice to clients on informed decision-making that aligns with their global benefits strategy and local priorities.
- Identify and document global client processes and strategic priorities, and communicate these to local WTW consultants and brokers to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Track project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation and use of WTW's global benefits governance technology platforms to help clients derive value from their data.
- Develop and present global or regional financial and stewardship reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and market practice to ensure compliance and best-in-class solutions.
- Review local deliverables to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage multi-country projects such as global benefits benchmarking, inclusive benefits, wellbeing, cost savings initiatives, and governance processes.
